Campsite Request (summer camp only) Capacity list updated May 2017. With the fuel reduction/timber harvest this spring, tent platform were damaged and/or destroyed. We have rebuild many tent platforms. Please be prepared to bring tents and EZ-UP shade structures this summer.

Unit Leader Departure Day Checklist One final check before to heading to camp
Annual Health & Medical Record - ABC All youth and adults need this form
Parent Authorization for trip/medical This form should travel to camp in the same vehicle as the campers
Youth Protection Training Roster Every adult in camp must have current YPT
Unit Roster of People in Camp Please bring three copies to camp
Parental Firearm Authorization Form Every youth needs one for shooting and archery (fillable form)
Youth ATV Participation Agreement, Rev 03/18 Must be completed by the youth's parent and brought to camp - Youth taking the ATV Safety training course
Adult ATV Participation Agreement, Rev 03/18 Must be completed by adult taking the ATV Safety training course
Camper Early Release Form Complete prior to arrival for a camper leaving early
Tour and Activity Plan For traveling out of your home council
COPE Participation Agreement For all Boy Scouts, Venturing and adults using the COPE course
