During October 2010, 177 people submitted responses to El Dorado's Roundtable survey. We were seeking feedback from our leaders on their suggestions of where to conduct Roundtable and what sort of program they liked and disliked. Here are the results from the survey.

Roundtable Program Helpers

The setup team is expected to arrive before 6:30 to setup table and chairs and remain through the meeting to put them away.

The flag and invocation team is expected to arrive by 6:40 and get flags and stands out of the closet and do a final dress rehearsal before the meeting starts for a polished presentation. The flag team needs to be ready and at their posts at 6:55. The flag team should practice and be ready to do their flag ceremony before the night of the round table. The opening ceremony also includes an invocation (prayer) to open the meeting. A scout is expected to give the invocation. It is strongly recommended to have it written out on a 3" by 5" index card and to read aloud with a big, clear voice.
