The Northern Rivers District offers Scouts the same set of values and principles that have been helping to shape young people into young adults for generations. We do so in a fun, safe environment with trained leaders committed to Scouting’s mission and ideals; to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling the values of good sportsmanship, good citizenship and goodwill.
From 1st grade to 12th our Scouts (with the guidance and support of their trained leaders, parents and community members) learn the values and decision making skills that will help guide them during their turbulent teenage years– and beyond.
