Proudly Serving the Elk Grove, Laguna, Galt, Wilton and the River Delta

The Soaring Eagle District is an administrative subdivision of the Golden Empire Council.  The District is the southernmost of 14 districts in the Council and is composed of scouting units from the South Sacramento area to Galt and from Wilton to the Delta communities of Clarksburg, Isleton, Walnut Grove, and Rio Vista.  We serve all types of Scouting: Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Varsity Teams, Venture Crews and Exploring.
