Welcome to the Soaring Eagle District

Proudly Serving the Elk Grove and Delta Community

The Soaring Eagle District is an administrative subdivision of the Golden Empire Council. We are the southernmost of 14 districts in the council and are composed of scouting units from the South Sacramento area to Galt and from Wilton to the Delta communities of Clarksburg, Isleton, Walnut Grove, and Rio Vista.  We serve all four types of Scouting units: Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Varsity Teams and Venture Crews.
