Trailblazer District Float
Fiesta Days Parade

......and District Pinewood Derby !!
OK - this isn't actually it either!!
But Trailblazer District IS hosting a float and marching unit at this year's Downtown parade.
...... and we need your help!
The theme this year is
Scouting in the sizzlin' summer fun.
Dave Riggert will be coodinating the entry.
Decorating for the parade float will take place on Wednesday, May 24th and Thursday, May 25th at 6:30pm at Dave's house. 237 Boulder Ridge Ct. in Browns Valley
Be prepared to paint. Bring brushes and rollers if you have them.
What we need for the float is:
- Carpet remnants - tan, brown, or green in color. Some old fake grass carpet would work too.
- Red, white, and blue bunting, the kind that are shaped like ribbons.
- Small American flags.
- A volleyball net.
- 1 set water skis and vest.
- A small canoe with a paddle(s) and vest(s).
District Pinewood Derby
Who: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners from unit Pinewood Derbys
When: May 27th,2:00pm, after Fiesta Days Parade
Where: Bethany Lutheran Church, 621 S. Orchard, Vacaville
SPECIAL NOTE: The Trailblazer District Order of the Arrow Call Out ceremony will occur just prior to the derby at 1:30pm at the same location.
