Note: Individuals should down load the above forms and register with your Pack Cub Camp Coordinator. Unit Cub Camp Coordinators click HERE to complete your unit's registration.
Once you complete the Youth Protection training please print out the certificate at the end. You will need to keep it for future reference. Every Adult that attends Cayuse is required to have Youth Protection Training.
On Time Registration March 6, 2008 $50.00; after that $70.00.
