Yep, it’s almost time for our annual trek up into the mountains – for the Klondike Derby!
The 2008 Klondike Derby will be held on Friday through Sunday, January 25-26-27, 2008, at the North Tahoe Regional Park. It’s the same place we’ve been running the Derby for a long while, so everyone should know how to get there by now. If not, there are instructions in the package in your mailbox at Roundtable.

Klondike Derby Packages were distributed at the November Roundtable; so if you’ve missed yours, please let me know. The cities and events are unchanged – so get some last minute practice in on first aid, lashing, fire building and knots! And don’t forget those homemade snowshoes for the race on Saturday afternoon.
