Registration Process:

Packs – please have a Coordinator collect, check & submit forms.

Parents/Guardians – register your Scout online at Yolano District’s webpage (https://www.gec-bsa.org/3413) and provide consent and med forms to your Pack Coordinator.

Volunteers not associated with a Pack – register online and provide forms to Camp Registrar.
Pack Coordinators & Volunteers then make arrangements to get forms to the Camp Registrar before Camp, the camp registrar can be reached at campcarswell@gec-bsa.org
CUB REGISTRATION FEES:
- $75 - Regular Registration through May 20th, 2022
- $85 - Late-Fee Registration, until June 4th, 2022
- Provided: Camp T-shirt, Patch, Crafts, Activities & Tons of fun
ADULT REGISTRATION: $10 - T-shirt provided (late registration will be accepted at camp discretion)
SCOUTS BSA/CREW MEMBER REGISTRATION: $ 10 - T-shirt provided (ages 11-13 must have adult supervision at camp)
Scouts BSA youth & Crew members serve as Junior Staff Members
- Each Pack must supply one adult for each day for every three scouts coming to camp, i.e. 6 scouts = 2 adults EACH DAY
Camp Carswell Rules and Expectations
• Campers and volunteers must follow all camp staff directions for health and safety.
• Campers and volunteers supply their own snacks
· Water is available; we encourage bringing a refillable bottle with your name on it.
• Parents/guardians must sign campers in and out each day.
• Campers will have the opportunity to use the archery and BB gun ranges under qualified adult supervision. Each camper must have a signed consent form. If you do not wish your Cub Scout to participate in shooting sports, please indicate in the restrictions section of the consent form. Camp will provide an alternative activity.
• Volunteers and adults on site must wear camp tee-shirt or visitor tag.
• All Walk-Around Leaders and program area volunteers must attend pre-camp training (June 8, June 9, or view recording)
• Open-toe or open-heel shoes are not allowed at camp, including Cubs, staff, and parents dropping off and picking up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Each Pack must provide at least two volunteers per evening (Walk-Around Leader, Program Area volunteer or other volunteer position) and one person to help with set up and cleanup
