Webelos 1 may attend the event for the day (No Overnight) to see all the exciting events they can expect to do in the Scouts BSA.

Webelos 1 who plan to visit the Camporee, should have achieved the rank of Webelos AND be at least 10 years old OR in the 4th grade.  They should check in from 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM on Saturday.  At 8:30 AM they can join their assigned Troops.  Hosting Troops will pick up their Webelos at 8:30 AM.  They should eat lunch and dinner with the Troop on Saturday.  Troops should act as the host for their Webelos 1 Den.  Each Troop should reach down to their Pack and invite those Webelos to join them.

Webelos 2 who will be crossed over to Scouts BSA by July 1st may spend the weekend.  Hosting Troop for Webelos 2 must provide an activity Friday night that meets a Webelos 2 requirement (Webelos activity Friday night - hosted by Troop)!  Webelos 2 will have their own separate campsite (Guide to Safe Scouting changes - will visit Troop Saturday for Camporee).  If you are inviting Webelos 2 you must make sure they follow all rules in the Guide to Safe Scouting regarding overnight camping (Troops must make sure they have enough adults)!

OA Breakfast: $5 pay at breakfast on Sunday morning. (Breakfast 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM)

Note: All items must be carried in.  No driving to campsites and unloading. Cooking with wood or charcoal fires is not permitted. We recommend propane or butane stoves.
