This Years Fellowship is from August 25th to 27th at Camp Lassen. The Fellowship is purely a time for Lodge members to come together and just have some fun. It is not a work weekend, so the most you will "have to" do is take your sleeping bag out of your pack and find a comfy spot for it! There are always a lot of card playing, chapter competitions, POW WOW, and other fun activities. Friday night will kick off at 8:00PM with a Monty Carlo Night where you can earn OA bucks for use in the action packed and prize filled Auction.
The cost is of the Fellowship is $20 and includes four meals, two cracker barrels, a patch, activity supplies, and a wonderful time! Make sure you mark your calendars and don’t forget to register soon because registrations received after August 21 or onsite cost and additional $20 more. Have you met the other members from you chapter? Chapters will have the opportunity for short meetings during the Fellowship and Saturday afternoon we will be holding Lodge Officer Elections. If you won’t be 21 by next July and you want to run for a Lodge Office draft a short letter to the Lodge Adviser “ Gilbert Canady” explaining which office you would like to run for and present it to him before the elections. If you are intending to run for an Office make sure you plan to stay for the Lodge meeting on Sunday morning.
Brotherhood induction will be held for those eligible Ordeal Members who were inducted in to the Order before January of this year. The cost for the weekend, if you are a Brotherhood candidate is $34.00. This includes the cost of the Sash.
There just isn’t enough room to tell you all the different things you will be able to do at the Fellowship but I would like to say one more thing the Amazing Nachos love to eat and have fun.
