Lodge Goals for 2005

 

1.      Set up Lodge and Chapter structure on a committee system with every member on one or more committees.

2.      Send a large contingent to NOAC in 2006 with every member assigned to a new challenge.

3.      Bring as many members current with dues as possible.

4.      Re-Evaluate and select Chapter/Lodge Advisers through an interview process, with greater District support.

5.      Provide better and stronger training for chiefs and advisors.

6.      Provide a monthly check list for all Chapter Chiefs and Advisors

7.      Encourage proper class-A uniforming at events and Lodge meetings.

8.      Continue Implement the new National unit Representative System.

9.  Publish a new up-dated member handbook.
