This page will chronicle the 2008 Philmont Trek of Grass Valley's Troop 4 & Roseville's Troop 11. As with all high adventure activities, it all started with planning and conditioning. Planning started as soon as the Troops received confirmation of their selection in Philmont's lottery system, over 18 months before the trek. Conditioning outings were underway over a year before the scheduled trek.
We'll be adding more photos as there two Troops get ready for their Philmont trek!
