Meet the ADVENTURE'S Leader

Alice Retzinger
Alice has a long long history working with youth. She, as a Scouter, has been a Den Leader, Cub Camp Director and Round Table leader among other things. Outside of Scouting she worked as an assistant in the classroom and the visual art class. In her church she is active in the youth programs of the church. Alice has been recognized by Scouting with both the District Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver, a national recognition.
Things that you will need,
- Piece of construction paper
- 3 to 4 straws
- 5 pieces of string, thin ribbon or yarn 18 inches long
- Scotch type tape
- Scissors and pencil
- Tracing of a big persons hand
Help your Scout will need from Mom or Dad (including guardians)
- Lion Scouts - Helping your Scout use a robot to make the Scout sign.
- Tiger Scouts - Watching your Scout show proper bicycling hand signals
- Wolf Scouts - Helping your Scout with a second way to communicate
- Bear Scouts - Identifying tasks done by robots
- Bear Scouts - Building a robot
- Webelos Scouts - Watch your Scout sign the Scout Oath using the robotic hand.
Moving forward and upward - Get you handbook signed off by mom,dad or your leader.
