Registration Dues for the year 2010 are due and payable as of January 1, 2010. You are reminded that current registration in the Boy Scouts of America is a prerequisite to active membership in the Order of the Arrow. Current registration is required to attend any OA function and to buy OA trading post items.
In order to provide Emergency Health Services it is essential that youth under the age of 18 submit to the Lodge a copy of their BSA Annual Health and Medical Record & Release Form .This form & release will be valid for all OA events throughout the year. You will not be required to submit additional permission or medical forms in for the rest of the year for Lodge.
This form can be brought to an OA event or Mail to:

If you are registering for the first time with our Lodge to use the mail-in registration and provide the Lodge data on your Ordeal, (date/location) Brotherhood, and Vigil (as applicable)
