Proudly Serving the Elk Grove, Laguna, Galt, Wilton and the River Delta Communities

The Soaring Eagle District is an administrative subdivision of the Golden Empire Council.  The District is the southernmost of 12 districts in the Golden Empire Council and is composed of scouting units from the South Sacramento area to Galt and from Wilton to the Delta communities of Clarksburg, Isleton, Walnut Grove, and Rio Vista.  We serve all types of Scouting: Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews and Exploring Posts.
