Instructions for the Ordeal Registration

All 2020 and 2021 candidates are welcome to participate in this ordeal as well as current 2021 dues-paid members of the Order of the Arrow.

Bring your BSA Annual Health and Medical Record & Release Form (Parts A and B) and the COVID Screening Form (described below) with you to Camp Winton.  If you don’t have these documents, you won’t be allowed to stay and this applies to both Youth and Adults.

Masks will be required at all times indoors and when unable to social distance outdoors.  

All participants (adult and youth) will be included in Covid screening.  There are two screening periods. 72 hours before arrival (Tuesday, June 1, 2021) and then again on Friday, June 4, 2021.

Any participant with a temperature of 100° or more may not depart and must be left at home.

On (Tuesday, June 1, 2021), record their temperature, and any signs of the following symptoms: 

fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.  Record any close contact: Has anyone in your household been in Close contact with anyone with COVID 19, or suspected of having COVID 19, in the past 14 days?

Bring this form with you along with your BSA Annual Health and Medical Record & Release Form (Parts A and B).

There will be no onsite registration - the deadline to register is Wed June 2 at 11:59 pm.

Candidate Registration

Scouts and Scouters that are new to the Order of the Arrow and have never attended an Ordeal before

The fee for this event is $55.  This fee covers the following: OA sash, OA Pocket flap, OA Handbook, 2021 Annual Dues, and food for the weekend. Plan on arriving Friday, June 4, 2021, before 7:30 PM

Member Registration

Scouts and Scouters that have already completed an Ordeal. The fee for the ordeal is $20.  This fee covers your food for the weekend. Members are expected to have current 2021 Dues paid.  Both youth and adult members should be prepared to camp outside.
