Program
The Program function of the Golden Empire Council includes outdoor/camping and high adventure; activities and civic service; training; and advancement. This area of the website is designed to provide resources and information to assist unit, district and council volunteers in providing a quality Scouting experience for all participants.
The Council Committee section includes support areas for various council level committees responsible for carrying out the operations of the Golden Empire Council.
